"Finding Samuel Lowe: From Harlem to China" documents three successful siblings from Harlem discovering their heritage while searching for clues about their long-lost grandfather, Samuel Lowe. Their emotional journey takes them from Toronto to Jamaica to China, finally reuniting them with hundreds of Chinese relatives they never imagined existed. 

The film had its world premiere at the 22nd Annual Pan-African Film Festival in Los Angeles, and went on to screen at the Trinidad & Tobago Film Festival, the Garifuna International Film Festival, and the Urbanworld Film Festival in 2014. In 2015, it was featured at the San Diego Black Film Festival and as the Opening Night Gala for the ReelWorld Film Festival in Toronto.
